Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship all items above $700.00 USD with your preference of DHL, FedEx or UPS. For items below $700.00 USD we ship USPS Express International. All items are fully insured and require an adult signature.

How do you ship domestically?

Depending on the item and your preference we ship by UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. All shipments are tracked and you will receive a tracking number. All items are fully insured and require an adult signature.

How soon do you ship?

We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, excluding Sundays and most U.S. holidays.

Do you charge tax?

No, we are an online business based in Florida. We do not collect taxes for any reason. Check with your local tax authority to see if taxes or import fees are required.

Is your inventory authentic?

Is the item available for immediate shipment?

Yes. All items on the website are in our physical possession and are ready for purchase. We ship within 24 hours of good funds received.

Is every item brand new?

No, not every item is brand new. We provide an in depth description of each individual item we sell. In the description you will find under Condition: New, Like-New or Excellent.

Here you will be able to determine whether the item is:

New: New with tags, never displayed, worn, or carried.

Like-New : Previously owned but never worn or in mint condition.

Excellent : Previously owned but in excellent condition (meaning there may be signs of use). If there are any minor markings, they are noted in the description.

All bags have to meet excellent or better standards to be considered for our clients.

Is the image on the website an actual photograph of the item I will receive?

Yes. The high resolution images and videos on the website are of the actual items you will receive.

Do you accept returns?

Generally we do not accept returns unless an arrangement was made prior to sale. We pride ourselves on getting our clients what they want.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Any purchase above $3,000 USD can be paid for through bank wire transfer. We will guide you through this process. We accept paypal, credit card, personal checks, USDT, and bitcoin for all other purchases.
